ST.ANDREWS BEACH FARM HOUSE

This property is set on 70acres in St.Andrews Beach surrounded by golf courses. This was a two part renovation process.

Initially, we completed a renovation of the existing house, altering the floor plan dramatically to create a huge master bedroom, with his and her walk in wardrobes and his and her bathrooms. For the owners who love to entertain, the kitchen was remodeled and the existing laundry was converted into a butlers pantry.

Stage two of the renovation involved a large extensions of 300 square metres. This included two garages, three bedrooms, all with accompanying ensuites, a powder room, laundry, bar/entertainment room. The house was complete with an outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen and a huge entertaining area.

This house has it all. Beautiful stone surfaces, solid American Oak kitchen and flooring, bluestone tiles, underfloor heating, full height doors and windows, concrete render, midnight matt unitex cladding, interior and exterior natural stone fireplaces, spotted gum cladding and decks.
